Purpose:
This survey aims to gather feedback from boat race officials who have not officiated in 2024. The objective is to understand the reasons for their inactivity, assess their interest in remaining on the register, and explore how we can better support them in returning to officiating roles.

Key Goals:

  • Identify barriers to participation in officiating.
  • Determine whether individuals wish to remain on the official register.
  • Collect ideas and feedback on what support, resources, or changes would help re-engage inactive officials.

All responses will remain confidential and will only be used to improve our officiating programs and support systems.
