Following the winding up of the Making Waves program run out of Champion Lakes Regatta Centre, offers are now being accepted for all ex-Making Waves equipment from Clubs and schools (not individuals).

Clubs and schools can contact Rowing WA CEO Daniel Tackenberg (ceo@rowingwa.asn.au) if they wish to organise an inspection of any of the equipment listed for sale or have any questions. 

Expressions of Interest, through this survey only, will close at 11:59pm Monday 11 November, 2024. 

If you wish to amend an EOI after submission then please contact Rowing WA CEO Daniel Tackenberg (ceo@rowingwa.asn.au).

Following the close of bidding, Rowing WA will review responses and liaise with successful bidders and/or negotiate with clubs/schools further as required. 

All equipment will be available for immediate collection from Champion Lakes Regatta Centre following notification to successful clubs and receipt of payment.

Final sale prices will be kept confidential.

Coaching Boats

<p>There are two Quintrex coaching boat packages. Each package contains: - 3.7mt quintrex v nose punt. Higher sides and wider vessel than standard coaching boats. - Mercury 20hp 4 stroke motor with prop guard - Dolly trolley with winch - Fuel tank and line Vessels, motors and trolleys were purchased in January 2021,have had quite low use. Vessels,motors and trolleys have been serviced twice annually</p>

New Rowing Boats

<p>These wintech boats were all purcahsed in February 2024 and have had very minimal use (all used less than 6 times). Some vessels have not touched the water at all. A summary of the fleet is below:&nbsp;</p>
<p>2x Wintech Racing lightweight (60-75kg) Single Scull (Competitor version). Barely used. Purchased in February 2024. Reserve: $6,500 each.</p>
<p>1x Wintech Racing lightweight (60-75kg) Pair / Double (Competitor version). Barely used. Includes sweep and scull riggers. Purchased in February 2024. Reserve: $11,500 each.</p>
<p>1x Wintech Racing lightweight (60-80kg) 4+/4x+ (Competitor version) with NK speaker harness and speakers. Never used. Includes sweep and scull riggers. Purchased in February 2024. Reserve: $19,000.</p>
<p>1x Wintech Racing lightweight (60-80kg) 4+/4x+ (International version) with NK speaker harness and speakers. Barely used. Includes sweep and scull riggers. Purchased in February 2024. Reserve: $25,000.</p>

<p>Rowing WA procured a range of older boats when the Making Waves program commenced,which are also available for purchase. This includes:</p>

<li>1x Mould 10 Sykes coxed quad. Recently re-furbished. Ex-Guildford boat (Snook). Approx. 20 years old. In working order. Reserve: $300</li>
<li>1x Mould 8 Sykes coxed quad training (tub) boat. Ex-Curtin boat (Houghton). Approx 25 years old. In working order. Reserve: $300</li>
<li>1x Mould 8 Sykes coxed quad. Ex-Trinity boat (Abrahams). Approx. 25 years old and needs an internal re-fit. Good hull though. Reserve: $300</li>
<li>1x Sykes 80-85kg Coxless pair/double. Approx 20 years old. Recently repaired and operational. Reserve: $400</li>
<li>1x Sykes Octo scull. Ex-trinity boat (Curtis). Unknown age. Reserve: $1,000</li>
<li>5x Hale single sculls with wing riggers. Running RowFit gear so easily serviceable. Unknown age. At least 3 in current working order. Others may need a seat or foot stretcher. Reserve: $200 each</li>
