Sixty years after hosting the British Empire & Commonwealth Games, Rowing WA's headquarters in Mt Pleasant will relaunch as a riverside hospitality venue.  Set to officially open on 2nd December, The Rowing Pavilion boasts "oarsome" sweeping views of the Canning River from its massive deck.

Already nicknamed The Pav, the refurbished three-storey venue is a partnership between landlords Rowing WA and the Perth hospitality guns behind General Public Food Co.  Coffees and "grab and go" food will be available from 6am for rowers and other early risers - something Rowing WA insisted on in a tender unveiled three years ago.
