HOUR OF POWER: Strength & Conditioning
Published Fri 20 May 2022
What a Fantastic Hour of Power!
Almost 70 people attended Rowing WA’s Strength & Conditioning session on Wednesday, 04.05.2022.
Presented by Paul Turk from WAIS, athletes & coaches were put through the paces of what strengthening exercises need to be perfected to improve performance on the water.
Rowing WA would like to thank Aquinas College for hosting this event & especially to Nick Collins (who lasted longer in his plank than some of his boys!)
A big thankyou to Paul Turk for taking the time out to educate our athletes & coaches.
Congratulations to our clubs & schools who have entered the race for the most points in the Act Belong Commit | 2022 Club & Schools Engagement Competition!
For our clubs who are yet to enter - here's your next opportunity to start collecting points!
Session date is scheduled for the month of June, 2022 with location TBC.
Watch this space for further information!
This next Hour of Power is your opportunity to collect more points towards winning that ultimate prize - who's excited? We certainly are!
Rowing WA thanks Major Partners
