2022 Coaches & Officials Conference

2022 Rowing Australia Coaches & Officials Conference will take place on the Gold Coast from 22 - 24 April 2022.

The conference theme for 2022 is "Coaching Effectiveness".  World renowned coach developer, Professor Jean Cote is flying over from Canada as Rowing Australia's keynote speaker & will be joined by RA's new High Performance Director Paul Thompson who will be discussing his time successfully coaching overseas, both in the UK & China.

Rowing Australia Head Coaches John Keogh & Rhett Ayliffe will be talking, as will other Tokyo Olympic coaches – Ellen Randell-Griffiths, Mark Prater & Tom Westgarth.  Some of the sports science staff that so successfully supported our Tokyo team will also be there.
