The Hour of Power sessions are a great way to continue your development and education as a coach and/or athlete. Each session will last about an hour to an hour and a half, and will be a mix of hands on, interactive and informative sessions, with a good chance to meet and 'talk' rowing with other coaches and rowers from around Perth.
This Hour of Power focuses on Nutrition for Performance with WAIS Nutritionist Emily Eaton and WAIS Physiologist Martyn Binnie
Areas covered will include;
- Fueling for training and competition
- Basic principles for rowers
- Case study examples
- Nutrition & training for strength
- Supplements and rowers
Individuals can register for $10 or clubs and schools can purchase a bulk ticket for $50 which allows as many of your members to come as you wish.
