This interactive workshop will cover how to develop or improve effective communications across all levels of your club from the committee to coaches, to current and potential rowers. This workshop will discuss strategies on how this can be managed well including the development of a communications strategy  and tools for your club to align the different aspects that you may already have in place such as your website, social media platforms, and club newsletter. It will be a great opportunity to hear direct from other clubs about what they are doing well and not so well in this space.

Target audience: Club Captains / Club Secretaries / Squad Leaders / Others involved in oversight or have regular involvement with broad club communications
