Hour of Power with Greg Kerr.
A practical guide for coaches: Preventing Injuries.
With over 25 years of experience treating rowing-related injuries, Greg brings an in depth insight to the care of rowers at every level—from complete novices to Olympic medalists. His deep understanding of rowing biomechanics is rooted in his own background as an elite rower, shaping a treatment philosophy that emphasizes the perfect stroke: low physical load for maximum boat speed.
Greg is passionate about optimizing performance while minimizing injury risk. He combines hands-on clinical expertise with a biomechanical approach that helps athletes row smarter and more efficiently. He has shared his knowledge through lectures and workshops on rowing biomechanics and injury prevention at universities, rowing clubs, and schools across all levels.
Whether you're starting out or aiming for the podium, Greg’s focus remains the same: helping rowers move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. This lecture series is about getting the most out of your rowing and minimizing injury.
