Jess Stout is the founder and Principal Psychologist at Flow to Flourish, and is a Performance and Mindset Coach who has worked extensively with athletes both individually and in a group setting. 
 
 
We welcome all athletes, coaches & parents to join Jess in this session as she covers:
- How to manage pressure
- Keeping perfectionistic tendencies in check
- Overcoming self-doubt and imposter syndrome

Performance psychology is an incredibly valuable service that many people have not yet had access to - this is your opportunity to get brilliant advice on how to tame the all-important mental game.
