National Intrgrity Framework Workshops
Further to the integrity / disciplinary training sessions and subsequent information updates, Rowing Australian (RA) now invites all Australian rowing clubs to attend an online follow-up training session about important changes to RA integrity, disciplinary and grievance policies. Both sessions will be identical so you'll only need to attend one of the two sessions to recieve all the important information!
In this session, aimed at Club and State Association representatives, you will learn about the updated process for managing poor behaviour and interpersonal conflict under the following policies. Clubs and State Associations will benefit from practical guidance (including case studies and common pitfalls to avoid) and understanding the support available from the RA National Integrity Manager related to:
• National Integrity Framework (NIF)
• Code of Conduct
• Personal Grievances Policy
The Code of Conduct and Personal Grievances Policy sit outside the NIF, but cover off areas not included in the NIF that were previously incorporated into the Member Protection Policy (MPP).
