As part of Rowing WA Water Safety Guidelines, all operators of Rowing Safety Vessels must be annually accredited with the following:
- Recreational Skippers Ticket
- Working with Children (where applicable)
- Read and acknowledgement of the RWA Training Water Safety Guidelines - Found Here
- Understanding and acknowledgement of the Speed Exemption - Found Here
