Rowing WA has engaged Peter Minchin from Purpose Driven Performance to run this workshop for us.

Peter has over 20 years of experience with a focus on the development of strategy and governance improvement to enhance organisation performance.  He specialises in helping organisations move beyond ‘just planning’ to instead develop a strategy that gives the organisation a competitive advantage to achieve success.

• Duties and responsibilities of Committee members
• Accountability & conflicts of interest

Part 2 (1hr)

• Review Committee composition and skills mix
• Tactics to improve committee composition
• Structuring committee processes including meetings for greater effectiveness

Part 3 (40mins)

• The role of the committee in overseeing strategy
• The risk management role of the committee
