Some of the responsibilities of this group will be:

Identify people and assets that should be publicly recognised,
Identify important memorabilia to rowing in the state and the clubs,
Compile a trophy inventory, once compiled reallocate older trophies to current events to ensure that they remain current,
Decide if new trophies need to be created and then back dated for perpetual events,
Finalise criteria for Awards of Merit and Life Members and compile list of potential nominees,
Create a Fundraising Program to provide money for cabinets, awards and memorabilia.
Display memorabilia in the Hall of Champions at Champion Lakes.
