As the first step in the nomination process, Rowing WA will be taking expressions of interest from rowers and coxswains immediately post the 2021 State Championships. This expression of interest will allow Rowing WA to gauge the level of interest and awareness that individuals may have towards nominating for the Master's State Team and also allow for the implementation of a communications campaign in order to ensure a quality pool of nominees across rowers and coxswains, roles by mid March 2022.
