Hour of Power

The Hour of Power sessions are a great way to continue your development and education as a coach and/or athlete.

Each session runs between 60-90mins and depending on the topic will be a mix of hands on, interactive and informative sessions.  As coaches and rowers we spend endless hours on the water in our pursuit of rowing excellence. However sometimes it is what we do off the water that can have a significant effect to what we achieve in a boat. It can certainly provide an advantage over your competitors.  So come and get a different perspective on current rowing issues, attributes, equipment and analysis to become a better coach, rower, and / or coxswain.

We welcome requests for topics or speakers - please get in touch with the Development and Operations Coordinator at devopscoordinator@rowingwa.asn.au
