Coaches

Rowing WA runs Hour of Power sessions throughout the year. These sessions focus on particular topics of interests for coaches and/or athletes. For more information please keep an eye on the Rowing WA Event Calender and click on the Hour of Power tab for further information.

Coach Accreditation & Courses. Rowing WA annually runs a Level 2 coaching course. Please check the Rowing WA Event Calender for further information. Level 3 & 4 courses are run by Rowing Australia so please check their website for information.

Coaching Conference - National. Rowing Australia biannually runs a national coaching conference. The next conference is due to be held in October 2024 in Gold Coast. More information can be found HERE.

Boat Race Officials

Rowing WA runs Level 1-3 boat race official courses each year. Please check the Boat Race Official page and the Rowing WA Event Calender for upcoming courses.

Coxwains

Rowing WA annually runs a Coxwains session for Coxwains and coaches at the beginning of each year. Please check the Rowing WA Calender for current information.

Club Committee Members

Club Development Sessions are run throughout the year. 4-5 sessions are held annually with topics varying across each workshop. Further information can be found by going to the Development tab - Club Development Series of the Rowing WA website.
